These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MAIL App Maker free trial environment (the "Trial"). By submitting a trial request or using a Trial environment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not request or use a Trial.

1. The Trial Program

• The Trial provides temporary, isolated access to MAIL App Maker for evaluation purposes only.
• Trial requests are reviewed manually before access is granted. We may approve, decline, or delay any request at our discretion, without obligation to explain why.
• Once approved, your Trial environment and any associated data are automatically deleted 7 days after activation, with no advance warning and no option to extend within the Trial itself. If you want more time, contact us and we'll consider a new Trial.
• No payment method is collected or required to use the Trial, and the Trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

2. Prototype Software — Use At Your Own Risk

MAIL App Maker and the Trial environment are provided as an early-stage prototype, "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Features may change or be removed without notice, downtime may occur, and data loss is possible at any time — do not use the Trial for anything you cannot afford to lose. Do not store production data, real customer data, or anything sensitive in a Trial environment.

3. Your Content and Apps

Anything you build or upload within your Trial environment remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it. Because the environment is deleted after 7 days, you are responsible for exporting or backing up anything you want to keep before expiry.

4. Acceptable Use

Use of the Trial is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violating it is grounds for immediate termination of your Trial without notice.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Trial access at any time, for any reason, including suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, or simply to manage capacity during this early prototype phase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Trial — including loss of data resulting from the automatic 7-day expiry described above.

7. Changes to These Terms

Because this is an evolving prototype, these Terms may change as the product develops. Continued use of the Trial after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
