This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you request a MAIL App Maker free trial, why we collect it, and how it's handled. This Trial is an early-stage prototype, and this policy is written to reflect exactly what the system actually does today.
When you submit the trial request form, we collect:
The trial signup itself asks for no payment or card information. If you later subscribe, payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe: you enter your card details on Stripe's own page and we never see or store your card number. We keep only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, the amounts and dates of your payments, and your subscription status, so we can keep your agent running.
Submitting the form also opens an email, addressed to us, from your own email client with your request details pre-filled, so we can review it directly.
Your request details are logged on our server as part of a signup record. That record, and any resulting trial environment, is automatically deleted 7 days after your trial is approved and activated (or remains only as a log entry if your request was never approved). We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
As a prototype, this Trial program has not yet been through a full security review, and does not currently include anti-abuse protections like CAPTCHA or rate limiting on the signup form. Please don't submit sensitive personal information beyond what the form asks for.
You can ask us to delete your signup record at any time, whether or not your trial has expired yet, by emailing us — see Contact below.
The Trial signup page does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
We may update this policy as the Trial program evolves. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
